This time just a quick update to let you know about another worthwhile Kickstarter campaign - from the people who supported our Himalayan adventures with their ingenious solar-powered systems!<\/span><\/p>

Last year,\u00a0Voltaic Systems<\/a><\/span>\u00a0supplied us with a free solar backpack and a set of super-efficient solar panels - they did it simply because they liked the idea behind our project. It quickly became an essential part of our kit and we took it with us again this year. With no electricity in the remote parts of Zanskar, we can safely say that we wouldn't be able to do ANY filming or photography without their equipment.
